Guardians of Life is a solutions driven 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit charitable organization based on philanthropic, humanitarian and entrepreneurial principles. Our organization's goal is to ease the obstacles that the vulnerable in our community face in accessing rehabilitative services by being a multi-resource provider. We offer a diverse menu of programs and services tailored to achieve this goal. We believe our business model gives us greater flexibility and control over the accessibility of our programs and services. With the assistance of our partners, generous donors, volunteers, and staff we can rekindle hope and faith in the hearts and lives of the struggling individuals in our community.

Veterans have sacrificed their lives for our country, our liberty, and our security. Now, Guardians of Life is here to assist veterans overcome challenges ranging from mental health, PTSD, reintegration and housing with dignity.

 The period of youth is a time of personal growth and preparation to become healthy and contributing members of our community.  We offer programs that address common issues youth face, such as: bullying, self-identity, domestic conflict, social skills, mental health and sex education.

 According to National Association for Mental Illness (NAMI), the LGBTQ community are six times more likely to have serious substance use , bullying and mental health problems (depression and anxiety) that are known risk factors for attempted and at risk for suicide.

Immigrants and refugees are affected by their pre-migration, migration, and post-migration resettlement. With the challenges they face we offer culturally responsive educational and therapeutic programs to ensure successful integration into American society.

 Women who are homeless, mentally ill, and have substance abuse issues are the most vulnerable. Often they are ineligible or have difficulty accessing services. Our women's programs are specifically designed to assist, educate and empower women.

The number of homeless people in orange County increased to 4,792 in 2017. Our goal is to reduce homeless by developing housing and providing programs specifically designed to address the debilitating causes of homelessness.
